Ms. Price currently resides in Willingboro, NJ and works as a Bank Regulatory Compliance Executive in the NY Metropolitan Area. She entered into the banking industry once leaving NCATSU in 1978 and amassed years of industry, audit, regulatory, business knowledge as well as strong leadership and relational skillsets that enables her to manage and govern regulatory compliance across the largest domestic and international financial enterprises.
Her experience spans multiple regulatory disciplines which are essential acquiring information about the latest news and research in regulatory technology, risk management and cybersecurity industries within financial services.
With over 30+ years of Compliance and Auditing experience, 11 years of service had been garnered on the federal level as a National Bank Examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency and three years as a Compliance Examiner in the Supervision and Regulation Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. She is proficient in both the investigation; evaluation; quality assurance, and, implementation of corrective measures of bank irregularities
Ms. Price has served as Regulatory Compliance Officer (RCO); Regulation Coordinator /Subject Matter Expert (SME); Managed Divisional Compliance Officers; Regulatory/Compliance Liaison for International Representative Office(s); Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Act (BSA/AML) Officer; Privacy Officer; and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer for five financial institutions.
Among her prior duties, she has served as Regulatory Liaison Officer (RLO) for domestic and global commercial businesses where she managed relationships with regulatory authorities, to include information management; coordinated and supervised oversight of the examination processes; managing meetings; and, conducted investigations.

Managed and conducted community outreach efforts to ascertain community needs, identified CRA opportunities for meeting community development lending, services and investment needs.; as well as, serve as an Executive Director for a Faith-based Community Development Corporation in New Jersey.

World of Money, Inc (WOM)(Board of Director/ Chairperson)- WOM founded in 2005, is a New York City based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to empower youth with a sound financial education. This program has broken generational cycles and changed the way youth and their parents understand their money. Its immersive curriculum equips children with five tenets for a financially responsible and philanthropic life: learn, earn, save, invest and donate. Financial presenters are stellar Wall Street professionals, business and legal leaders.
Via 24 coalition partners, the World of Money provides youth with our unique youth financial education mobile app. This app is currently being utilized by these national, local, regional and global organizations in Senegal, Ghana, South Africa, China, India and Rwanda.
Nnabagereka Development Foundation (NDF)/(U.S. Advisory Council) –Ms. Price serves on the U.S. Advisory Council for the Nnabagereka Development Foundation. The NDF is a registered non-governmental organization founded in 2000 by Her Royal Highness the Nnabagereka (Queen) of Buganda, Sylvia Nagginda.
Founded in 2000, NDF has actively been involved in making a positive difference in the lives of children, women and youth in Uganda. NDF it draws on the positive cultural values from the rich cultural background of the Kingdom of Buganda and balances themixture of traditional and contemporary values to make a difference not only at the national level but at the international level as well.
Education Africa (EA) (United States/ Board Member – Advisory Council).
Ms. Price serves as a Board Member/Advisory Council for Education Africa. She has been affiliated with Education Africa since 2010. Established in 1992, Education Africa strives to reach and uplift the poorest of the poor. With education as the cornerstone for all projects, EA aims to assist disadvantaged South Africans in their quest to obtain a quality, relevant education in order to ensure that they are in a position to become global citizens and a competitive, productive element in the local job market. Education Africa aims for an educated nation, which in turn will lead to a progressive nation that is able to sustain economic growth.
